Studio Decor

In my home studio, I painted the walls orange and the ceiling a raspberry-type color. It seemed like a good idea at the time (energizing and such) but it's become a bit overwhelming, oppressive and it sucks up a lot of the light so it feels cave-ish in there.

Maybe I'm just coming up with excuses not to sit down and work on the album, but I get kind of particular about my work environs - I need to make sure there's a good "chi" flow!

So I'm in the middle of a re-decoration project that will involve some thrifty shopping and re-painting. I found a lot of inspiration in various other work spaces, and here's the "stylesheet" for my own. I'm ready to change things up!
